Hi! My name is Reba. I’m the owner and provider at Table n Mat. I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 11 years and Certified Yoga Instructor for 2. I love providing educated, experienced, and purposeful body work to guests and I’m excited to bring the movement and mindfulness of yoga into the mix with the new studio!
